Indiana University, one of the largest employers in the state, is actively seeking a vice president for Human Resources to oversee the HR functions across all nine campus locations. Reporting to the chief operating officer and serving on the President’s cabinet, the VP for HR is responsible for programs and services that attract, develop, and retain IU employees in ways that align with the university’s overall missionstrategic objectives, and desired culture.
