How it works
The amount of PTO you accrue and how you accrue it depends on whether you are an exempt or non-exempt full time employee:
- Exempt employees are paid a salary and are not subject to the Fair Labor Standards Act’s (FLSA) overtime or minimum wage regulations.
- Non-exempt employees are are subject to the FLSA’s overtime and minimum wage regulations.
Going on leave
We offer paid leave in a variety of circumstances, whether you are in need of time off for medical reasons, welcoming a new family member, or want to participate in a day of community service.
Unpaid leave opportunities for personal reasons or commercial pursuits may also be available with approval.
