Support for supervisors and managers

As a leader, it’s important to maintain the safety and productivity of your workplace. But it can be difficult to help an employee when you suspect a mental health concern is impairing their job performance. SupportLinc EAP can help in these types of situations.

Along with the services available to employees and household members, SupportLinc also offers expert resources, training, and consultations for a variety of organizational concerns such as:

  • Managing conflict among employees
  • Talking with employees about behavior or performance issues
  • Strategies for difficult conversations
  • Management consultations, training, and toolkits

Eligibility

You have access to SupportLinc services at no cost to you if you are any of the following:

SupportLinc services also cover everyone living in your household, whether they’re enrolled in an IU medical plan or claimed as a tax dependent or not. That means your children (even if they’re away at college) and elderly parents living with you are also eligible.
