If you are a member of the Armed Forces, National Guard, Commissioned Corps of the Public Health Service and the National Disaster Medical System under federal activation, you have certain rights that are protected by the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 1002 of Chapter 11 of Title 20.
