Anthem LiveHealth Online is a telehealth service available to IU medical plan members that lets you connect with board-certified doctors, therapists, and other clinicians virtually from your smartphone, tablet, or computer with a web cam. Cost varies by service, which you’ll see before your visit begins.

When booking your appointment, describe the reason for your visit and upload any photos of the affected area. A dermatology specialist will provide a diagnosis, treatment plan, and a prescription, if needed.
Video therapy visits with a therapist or psychologist are available for various mental health concerns. This service is available by appointment.

You can meet with a board-certified psychiatrist for medication management or concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, and more. This service is available by appointment.

To schedule an appointment based on a particular date, select Choose by Date. To schedule an appointment by provider, select Choose by Provider.
To have a visit for your child, create your own account first and add any children under the age of 18 to your profile when prompted. When you start a visit, you’ll be asked who the visit is for.
Important note: Any individuals over the age of 18 must have their own account with unique email address, due to privacy and security requirements mandated by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Cigna Dental Virtual Care provides 24/7 access to licensed dentists for urgent dental concerns.
This option is for urgent dental concerns when your primary care dentist is unavailable. The cost is $49 or less per visit, and it’s available 24/7.

Smart Scan is a new, free oral health screening for Cigna Dental members. Using your smartphone, Smart Scan guides you through taking a series of photos of your teeth. Those images are reviewed by AI and a licensed, in-network Cigna dentist to assess your current oral health. After you receive your results, you can seamlessly schedule a teledentistry visit with an in-network dentist or get a referral for an in-person appointment if follow-up care is needed.
