Full and part-time staff employees working at IU campuses or designated sites are allowed hybrid and remote work options where appropriate. These arrangements must meet university operational needs and maintain high standards of service.
Remote work imust be approved based on job duties and unit needs.
All hybrid/remote arrangements must be reviewed yearly for effectiveness and performance. Units may adjust or end remote work as needed. Employees may request to return to in-person roles, but space availability may delay reassignments.
