The Employee and Labor Relations Center of Expertise provides strategic guidance to management and employees to prevent and resolve workplace issues, and promote an engaged and productive work environment that supports the mission of Indiana University.
Consultation services are available University-wide for managers, Human Resources Business Partners, employees, and union representatives to redirect performance, resolve grievances and other issues, guide on compliance with federal and state employment laws, Labor Relations, and interpret and communicate Human Resources University policies.
