Paid Parental Leave
Paid parental leave is available to all staff employees at IU who are in non-temporary positions of 30 hours or more per week and have been continuously employed in a benefits-eligible position for at least 12 months before the date of the birth or adoption of a child. If both parents are IU staff employees, each is entitled to take up to six weeks of paid leave.
