STEP 1: Create your IU account

  1. Create an IU computing account

    Before enrolling in benefits online, you must have an IU computing account. Once your hire paperword has been processed by IU Human Resources, go to the following University Information Technology Services (UITS) page to create your account: Creating your first IU computing accounts.

  2. Set up Two-Step Login (Duo)

    Once you have your computing account you'll need to enroll in IU's two-step authentication system, Duo. Here's how.

After you've set up your first computing account and completed your Duo enrollment, you'll be able to enroll in IU benefits.

Step 2: Learn about IU benefits
