HireRight: Add a Term Date to an Employee’s I-9
When an employee is termed in HRMS, a term date needs to be added in HireRight to prevent them from showing up on future audits.
- Log into HireRight and click on Manage I-9 Forms from the “I-9 Forms” drop down menu.
- Enter employee’s name on the search bar line at the top of the page.
- Right-click on the line with their name that says I-9 Form and select Start/Termination Dates from the pop-up menu.
- Scroll down and enter the termination date for the employee and click on Update.
