Paid Living Donor Leave (PLDL)
Paid living donor leave is available to all eligible staff employees at IU who serve as bone marrow donors or living donors. To be eligible, employees must be in non-temporary positions of 30 hours or more per week and have been continuously employed in a benefits-eligible position for at least 12 months prior to the leave.
