GryphonHR: Supplement B - Reverification

Supplement B needs to be used when an employee’s work authorization documents are updated, or their name or citizenship status changes. Make copies of all documents used for List A and upload to GryphonHR.

Note Regarding Expired Documents: If they are a US Citizen or a noncitizen national, their documents should not be reverified even if they are expired. Lawful Permanent Residents who originally provided a Permanent Resident Card Form I-551 (Green Card) or a combination of List B and C documents such as a driver’s license and unrestricted Social Security card, should also not have their authorization reverified.
