Employee Relations Services

Employee Relations Services develops, implements and manages the application of personnel policies for Staff and Part-Time Employees and manages the union negotiation process. It also administers personnel policies and union agreements for Staff and Part-Time Employees through each campus Human Resources office. Services include advising on policies, employee performance matters, workplace issues, and grievance actions.
