Concerned about a student? Submit a Care Referral.
Taking care of the IU community goes beyond COVID-19 precautions—it’s up to us to help keep each other healthy. Are you concerned about a student? If you witness changes in behavior such as a sudden change in appearance or performance, receive a concerning email, or worry about a student’s excessive absences—please submit a Care Referral or use the care resource for your campus. Care Referrals and similar resources for all campuses are available by clicking the button below.
Once a Care Referral has been submitted, an IU care team will follow up with the student to learn more about their circumstances and connect them with appropriate campus and community resources. NOTE: Care Referrals are not a violation of FERPA.
