PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Manager Transition
To enhance both the recruitment process and the overall candidate experience, Indiana University Human Resources is transitioning applicant tracking systems for staff and temporary staff jobs from PeopleAdmin to PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM). IU recruiting teams will use PeopleSoft TAM to post and manage the recruitment and hiring process for staff jobs while all internal and external applicants will apply for these opportunities using the PeopleSoft TAM Candidate Gateway. During the transition, all open staff jobs can still be found by visiting jobs.iu.edu.
This project does NOT affect academic job postings.
The new PeopleSoft TAM system gives IU:
- Simplified recruitment processes and streamlined workflows
- Enhanced candidate experiences
- Better search options for candidates
- A mobile-friendly platform
- Separate gateways for internal and external job postings
This initiative is part of the HR2020 strategic plan, which includes a review and redesign of IU’s recruitment processes. Pilots of PeopleSoft TAM begin in July and August of 2019. The university-wide launch will be in October of 2019 with a complete transition from PeopleAdmin to PeopleSoft TAM for all staff job postings by the end of 2019.
