How the Challenge Works
During the four-week challenge, participants will focus on one simple action each week. At the start of each week, participants will receive educational information about a simple action, tactics and tools to help incorporate the action into their routine, and be asked to set a weekly goal. At the end of each week, participants will track their success in integrating the simple action and reflect upon the week in a personal, online challenge log.
