Open Enrollment for Medical Residents
Plan-specific changes effective January 1, 2012:
GME Medical Plan
- The Prescription Benefit Manager for all retail and mail order prescription drugs will change to Medco, Inc. This change is consistent with a state of Indiana requirement for public universities. For more information, visit hr.iu.edu/benefits/medco.html.
GME Dental Plans, IU Tax Saver Benefit Plan, and IU Personal Accident Insurance Plan
- No plan changes
During open enrollment, November 7 - 18, you can:
- Enroll in Tax Saver Benefit (TSB) for 2012
- Enroll, drop, or change Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
- Change dependents enrolled in medical or dental
- Change from the dental PPO to dental HMO

These enrollments and changes are made online through the university's OneStart portal.
