Other Benefits Changes
Benefits-eligible employees may enroll in or make changes to these plans at any time: IU Tuition Benefit Plan, Supplemental Life Insurance, Long Term Disability, and Retirement and Investment plans. Such changes do not require a change in status. Select the plan below for more information and instructions on how to make a change.
To enroll in or change medical or dental plans, Personal Accident Insurance, or the Tax Saver Benefit plan, you must experience a qualifying Life Event and follow the specific procedure for the plan. Visit the Life Events Changes page for more information.
Health Savings Account
- Learn about the Health Savings Account (HSA)
- Submit an HSA Enrollment/Change Form (PDF) to IU Human Resources to change or stop your HSA contributions at any time during the year.
Note: those that enroll in the HSA or change their HDHP coverage level on or after September 1st will not receive IU’s contribution to their account for that year.
IU Tuition Benefit
The IU Tuition Benefit plan reduces the cost of IU courses for its employees and their dependents. Visit the IU Tuition Benefit page for more information and enrollment forms.
Long Term Disability
- Enroll in, change, or terminate Long Term Disability plan coverage
